This article is designed to instruct you how to navigate to the Reports tab, and give you a high-level overview of each report. You can find greater detail in the separate article for each report. Please also reference the video below for a quick reporting walkthrough.
Accessing Reports
- Login
- Select "Admin"
- Click "Reports" Tab
Reports
Your platform has many different reports at your disposal to break down the data within your platform. Do you want to see what was purchased, by whom, and when? There’s a report for that. Do you want to see taxes paid? There’s a report for that, too.
All of your information is available for you to see, and if we don’t have a particular report you need (though we’d be surprised if that’s the case) you can download all your data and organize it however you like to see the results you want. See below for a breakdown of the reports we have available:
Money Deposited : view what money has been deposited into the Cash Account with data visualizations
Redemption Account : view money going in and out of the Redemption Account with data visualizations
Money Spent : view what redemption options are being spent with money from the Cash Account; data visualizations provided
Funding Reconciliation : used to reconcile funding request invoices from Awardco for redemption account if billed on points awarded.
Recognition Details : report on company recognition and user engagement
Redemption Point Source (FIFO) : reports all points that have been redeemed and provides context of the original sources of all points that have been spent.
Recognition Status : easily view where recognitions are at in the approval process.
Recognition Program Utilization : monitor current usage and limits of Recognition Programs
Recognition Limit Utilization : report on all recognition limits and their utilization rates, with the ability to organize the data by user or by user data.
Points Redeemed : track point spend period-over-period and summarize top redemption data with the provided graphs
Point Transactions : an overview of all transactions in your platform
Point Budgets : report on budget utilization and comparison
User Point Balance : report on individual user point balance comparison and utilization
Users : view at-a-glance summarizations of employee data
Login : report on user activation and login rates
Client Fulfillment : report on all shipping information for orders are fulfilled by the client
Awarded vs Redeemed : view total awarded points vs redeemed points for each user in the platform. Add group filters to make searching and analysis easier.
Budget Access : show all the budgets you have currently in your platform, and who has access to each individual budget.
Cost Center Distribution : determine the distribution of funds for each cost center in your platform, as well as taxable and non-taxable amounts from each cost center.
Last Award : see the last award each employee received, along with notes, dates, and amount of the award.
Recognition Summary : see the total amount awarded to each employee.
Redemption Summary : see the total amount redeemed by each employee.
MemoryBook Usage : report on MemoryBook usage and engagement.
