Confidential Results Visibility
Engagement and Pulse survey results are confidential by default.
You can configure two separate thresholds that control when results become visible to managers:
Minimum Response Count: The minimum number of survey responses required before results are visible. The minimum value is 3.
Minimum Comment Count: The minimum number of comments required before comment data is visible. This includes comments from short- and long-answer questions. The minimum value is 3, and this value must be equal to or greater than the Minimum Response Count.
Results and comment data are only visible to managers once both thresholds are met.
Default thresholds depend on when your organization became a client:
Existing clients: Response = 5 and Comment = 5. Existing clients keep their current thresholds unless an admin changes them.
New clients: Response = 5 and Comment = 10.
Changes apply organization-wide to all future survey results.
