Revolut gives eligible users in supported markets a fast, self-service way to redeem Awardco points into local currency through their personal Revolut account. This option is free for your organization to enable and can help expand redemption flexibility for international teams where supported.

Adding Revolut as a Redemption Option
To add Revolut as an Award Option:
- Log in to your Awardco account.
- Select the ‘Admin’ button at the bottom of the left navigation menu.
- Select ‘Marketplace,’ then ‘Award Networks’ from the left navigation menu.
- Select the ‘Award Options’ tab.
- Click ‘Add Option.’
- Search for Revolut and click ‘Setup New.’
- Check the box under Enable this Option to automatically link your redemption account as the payment method for this Award Option during setup.
Making Revolut Available in an Award Network
After adding Revolut as an Award Option, you need to make it available in the Award Network where you want users to access it.
- From ‘Marketplace’ in the admin settings, go to Award Networks.
- Select the Award Network you want to update.
- In the Award Options section, find Revolut and toggle it On.
- Select the supported country or countries where you want this option to be available.
- Click Save.
Once this setup is complete, Revolut will appear as an available Award Option for your organization.
Revolut is intended for supported markets only. Do not enable it broadly unless the Award Network is configured for eligible countries.
Important Considerations
Keep the following in mind when enabling Revolut:
- Users must have an existing personal Revolut account to complete this redemption flow.
- Revolut is designed as an international cash-out or local-currency redemption option in supported markets.
- After a user redeems points, they receive a payout link by email and complete the transfer in Revolut.
- The payout link is sent to the email address associated with the user's Revolut account.
- There is a minimum and maximum redemption amount shown during redemption.
- If the amount exceeds the maximum, the user must complete multiple redemptions.
- The payout link must be activated within 6 months or the points tied to that payout will expire.
- Transaction fees may apply if the payout currency differs from the currency loaded on the user's Revolut account at the time of activation.
- Transfer value may fluctuate based on exchange rates at the time the payout link is activated.
End-User Experience
Once Revolut is enabled in the appropriate Award Network, users can go to Marketplace and select Spend Points to access the Revolut redemption option. During redemption, they enter their desired value, provide the first name, last name, and email associated with their Revolut account, add the option to their cart, and complete checkout.
