What Awardco Brand Collective Is
The Awardco Brand Collective brings a curated marketplace of premium, recognizable, and desirable brands directly into Awardco, giving users more ways to redeem points for products they actually want.
- With built-in discounts that can stack on brand sales, points go further and reward budgets work harder
- The embedded shopping experience supports flexible checkout options based on your setup, including points-only redemption, points plus pay, and direct purchase
- Regardless of point balances, users can still get something meaningful
How Item Availability Works
The Awardco Brand Collective availability is tied to global shipping eligibility. Users only see products and brands that can ship to their location and are in stock.
Because of this, users in different locations may see different products.
Pricing and Shipping
Products in Awardco Brand Collective include built-in discounts. Discounts vary by merchant, and some discounts may combine with an existing brand sale.
Shipping is included in the points cost shown for each item, so users redeem the displayed total.
For multi-item orders, the points total shown to users may include a shipping buffer for each item. Your company is billed only for the actual order total and shipping, not multiple shipping fees for one bundled order.
Brand and Product Visibility
In the current Awardco Brand Collective experience, admins cannot manually change the order of brands or pin preferred brands to the top.
The ABC also has a key network-level constraint: you cannot disable one brand at a time. If a specific brand is not a fit for your company, the current experience does not support removing only that brand from the ABC.
Current Limitations
The Awardco Brand Collective does not support:
- Gift cards
- Subscription products
- Brand-specific keyword exclusions
- Custom product options
Standard and global keyword exclusions exist, but brand-specific exclusion rules are still not available in the current experience.

FAQ
Can we disable one brand without turning off the Awardco Brand Collective?

Why do users in different locations see different products?
- Users only see products from brands that can ship to their location and are in stock.
Can we control which brand appears first?
- No. Admins cannot manually change the order of brands in the Awardco Brand Collective or pin preferred brands to the top.
Does the Awardco Brand Collective support gift cards or subscriptions?

- Shipping is included in the points cost users see on each item, so users redeem points based on the displayed item total. In multi-item orders, the user-facing points total may include a shipping buffer at the item level, but your company should not be charged multiple shipping fees for a bundled order.
