Use the Kudoboard integration to find your existing boards and eCards in Awardco, then open them in Kudoboard without signing in again.
What the Integration Includes
When your company has the integration enabled, Awardco provides:
- A Kudoboard page under Recognition in the left navigation
- A homepage widget that highlights recent Kudoboard activity
- A list of the Kudoboards and eCards available to you
- Single sign-on between Awardco and Kudoboard
The board list can show the board thumbnail, title, recipient, type, delivery status, creator, post count, creation date, and most recent post.
Open a Kudoboard
- Sign in to Awardco.
- Select Recognition, then Kudoboard from the left navigation, or open a board from the homepage widget.
- Select the board you want to view.
The board opens in a new browser tab. Awardco uses single sign-on to authenticate you to Kudoboard, so you do not need to enter separate Kudoboard credentials.
To start a new board, select Create New from the Kudoboard page or homepage widget. The creation flow opens in Kudoboard, where you create and manage the board.
Manage Boards in Kudoboard
The Awardco integration is a viewing and access experience. Complete the following actions in Kudoboard:
- Create a board or eCard
- Add or edit posts
- Manage board settings
- Continue working on an existing board
Awardco does not currently support posting a Kudoboard to the Awardco feed or creating new Kudoboards from within Awardco.
Availability
The integration is available for eligible companies using a Kudoboard enterprise license. Awardco enables the integration for your company, so reach out to your Awardco point of contact to get it enabled. There is no customer-facing setting to enable it.
FAQs
Do I need a separate Kudoboard login?
- No. When you open a board from Awardco, single sign-on authenticates you to Kudoboard.
Can I create a board in Awardco?
- You can start the creation flow from Awardco, but the board is created and managed in Kudoboard.
Can I add a Kudoboard post to the Awardco feed?
- No. Feed posting is not included in the current integration.
Why do I see only some boards?
- Awardco displays the Kudoboards and eCards available to your user account through the connected Kudoboard tenant.
