Awardco Intelligence™ is being tested through a private beta. It includes an in-app chatbot and an MCP Server that can help you ask questions about Awardco data and complete supported actions through approved AI tools.
Awardco Intelligence™ follows your existing Awardco permissions. It does not give users new access to data or actions.
NOTE: Awardco Intelligence™ is a beta feature, so its answers and available capabilities may change.
Access Requirements
Your organization must meet these requirements to participate:
- You must be an existing Awardco customer.
- Your Awardco environment must be hosted in the United States.
- Awardco must enable the beta for your organization.
- Your organization must understand that the beta may include bugs, incorrect answers, incomplete answers, and changing capabilities.

In-app Chatbot
The in-app chatbot is available to admins during the beta. You can use it inside Awardco to ask plain-language questions about:
- Recognition
- Engagement
- Program data
The chatbot can only use the tools and data available to your Awardco role.
MCP Server
The MCP Server is a connector that lets approved AI tools read Awardco data and complete supported actions for you.
During this beta, the pre-registered AI clients are:
- Claude
- Glean
- Microsoft Copilot 365
An enterprise admin configures the MCP Server in the organization’s AI platform console. Each user must authorize each AI client separately before it can access their Awardco data.
NOTE: Non-admin users may access MCP, but the available features depend on their Awardco role.

- User and organization lookup
- Reporting
- Recognition program configuration
- Analytics widgets
The beta also includes write tools for:

New recognition programs are created in Draft status only. You must confirm the details of a write action before Awardco commits it.
Permissions and Data Handling

Conversation history and authorization records are stored in your existing regional Awardco database. Technical and security details are available on request.
The beta does not include a user-facing chat history feature.
