Choose the language you’re most comfortable using. Awardco uses your preference to display supported platform text in that language when it’s fully supported, and for certain transactional emails, such as birthday, anniversary, program, and service milestone emails.
About your language preference
You can change your preferred language from your profile settings. Awardco uses this preference for certain transactional emails, such as birthday, anniversary, program, and service milestone emails. Languages powered by Awardco Intelligence will translate general platform text into the selected language.
Change your language
Follow these steps to update your preferred language:
- Sign in to Awardco.
- Select your profile picture, then select My Profile.
- Select the Settings tab.
- In the Language menu, select your preferred language. (e.g., to use Canadian French, select French Canadian.)
- Select Save Changes.
NOTE: You can change your language preference at any time.
