This article explains how to mark your birthday as private within the platform. Choosing this option will exclude you from the automated birthday recognition program, and your birthdate will not be visible to any administrators or managers in the system.
- Log In to your account.
- Click on your profile picture and select “My Profile."
- Click “Settings.”
- Scroll down to the Profile Preferences section.
- Under "Automated Birthday Recognitions" select "Opt Out."
- Opting out will remove your birthdate from the system, stop you from receiving, automated birthday recognitions and notifications, and making sure that your birthday is removed from the upcoming milestone widget.
- In the pop-up module, select "I Understand" stating that your acknowledge that your birthdate will be permanently removed from the system and if you change this setting in the future, you will need to contact your administrator to add your birthdate back into the system.
- Click “Save Changes.”
