We are moving support content to a new Award Help Center (help.awardco.com) to give admins and users a more consistent help experience. As part of this move, article URLs are being updated, and the old support site will be retired on June 30.
What’s changing
Support articles are moving to the Awardco Knowledge Base
Legacy article URLs currently use the format
https://awardco.my.site.com/Customerhelp/sNew article URLs use the format
https://help.awardco.com/hc/The legacy support site will be retired on June 30
What this means for admins
If you manage internal training materials, saved links, or support documentation for your team, you may need to update any references that point to the old site.
You should review:
Saved browser bookmarks
Internal process docs or SOPs
Team training materials
Onboarding guides
Macros, templates, or canned responses
Links shared in Slack, Teams, email, or intranet pages
How to identify old and new article links
When reviewing your resources, look for these URL formats:
Legacy support site:
https://awardco.my.site.com/Customerhelp/sNew Awardco Knowledge Base:
https://help.awardco.com/hc/
If a saved link uses the legacy format, it should be updated to the new Awardco Knowledge Base version.
Recommended Admin Actions
-
Start using the Awardco Knowledge Base for support articles
Use the new Awardco Knowledge Base as your source of truth going forward.
-
Update any saved links to old support articles
If your team has bookmarked articles or linked them in internal resources, replace those links with the new article URLs as you find them.
-
Review customer-facing and internal documentation
Check any materials your team uses regularly to make sure they do not still point to the old site.
-
Communicate the change to your internal team
If other admins, managers, or support contacts at your organization rely on saved support links, let them know that the Awardco Knowledge Base is now the correct place to go.
-
Complete updates before June 30
After June 30, the old site will no longer be available, so any outdated links may stop working.
What is Not Changing
The underlying help content remains available in the Awardco Knowledge Base
Admins can still access support articles for platform guidance
Users can continue using support content, but they should use the updated links
Best Practice
To avoid broken links after the old site is retired, we recommend reviewing your most-used help resources now and updating them before June 30.
