We're sorry to hear your order isn't quite working for you! We're happy to help provide a resolution. We just need a few details from you.
Items purchased through the Amazon option in your Awardco account are subject to Amazon's Return Policy. The linked policy is for the United States. Amazon's return policies may vary by country or region where your order is fulfilled.
Review the policy for your country or region before submitting your request. We may be unable to process a refund if your request is outside the return window for your region, but it's still worth contacting Awardco Support so we can review your request.
Follow the steps below to contact Awardco Support.
Submit a request to Awardco Support
Before contacting Support, find your Awardco order number. You can find it in your account by selecting your profile icon, selecting Orders, and opening the relevant order. For more information, see How Do I Find My Order Number?.
Then, submit a support ticket to Awardco Support. Include the following information:
Your order number
The exact item or items you want to cancel or return
The reason for the cancellation or return, such as damage, incorrect size, or the item not meeting your expectations
Whether you are requesting a return for a points refund
Your name and organization, if they are not already included in the support form
Providing these details helps Support review your request and contact Amazon with the information needed to process it.
What happens next?
If Amazon approves the return and requires the original item to be sent back, Awardco Support will provide a return label if one is required.
Use the return label to ship the item back to Amazon.
After Amazon processes the returned item, your points will be refunded.
If you have not received your points after Amazon processes the return, contact Awardco Support again and reference your original request.
